Employees at the City of Boerne gathered at the end of September for the annual Employee Recognition Luncheon and Awards Ceremony to celebrate shared successes and individual achievements.
The All-Star Baseball-themed event was an opportunity to gather all City employees for a time of fellowship and recognition. The event was attended by the mayor and several members of the City Council.
Now in its fourth year, the Value Awards and the Directors’ Awards were presented to employees who went above and beyond in service to the community during the last year. This year also marked the first time the MVP Award was presented to one outstanding employee. Recognition was also given to employees celebrating tenure milestones.
