Boerne Mayor Frank Ritchie, District One Councilman Ty Wolosin, and City Manager Ben Thatcher gave the annual State of the City address Oct. 23, hosted by the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce.
The luncheon is held each fall with attendees from the local business community, governmental agencies, and press.
The three leaders spoke for about 40 minutes about how the City of Boerne is a values-driven organization focused on the tenets of Fiscal Excellence, Community Charm, Environmental Responsibility, and Safety and Security. The presentation featured feedback from the City’s citizen surveys, which are conducted every two years.
